This website is provided by TalentRefine Solutions Inc., conditional on your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. By accessing it, viewing it, downloading images, information, text, data, or any other material from it, you agree on your own behalf, or on behalf of any individual or entity of which you represent, to the terms and conditions for each use and visit of this website.
BCHiring.ca may also be referred to as BCHiring, we, website, or site in any part of the Terms and Conditions. TalentRefine Solutions Inc. may also be referred to as TalentRefine, “we”, “our”, or “us” in any part of the Terms and Conditions.
The website BCHiring.ca is the property of TalentRefine Solutions Inc., and by using BCHiring.ca you are fully aware and understand that any agreement which you agree to is solely with TalentRefine Solutions Inc (“TalentRefine”). The service (“service”) of BCHiring.ca (“website”) is to act as a connecting platform between employers and jobseekers.
We reserve the right to change, adjust and/or update any part of the Terms and Conditions at any point in time and at our discretion, and you agree that it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
Permitted and Prohibited Users
This website is permitted to be used only by individuals who are seeking employment, herein known as “Jobseekers”; by groups or organizations who are seeking to employ individuals, herein known as “Employers”; and individuals or organizations who are acting on behalf of Employers in the recruitment and hiring process, herein known as “Recruiters” or “Recruitment Agencies”.
This website is prohibited to be used by any individuals or groups/organizations whose aim is any of the following: to (i) market their own services; (ii) mine and obtain data or information on candidates or employers for purposes other than those agreed to in the Terms and Conditions (iii) use this website for any purposes which are unlawful or unethical as deemed by us.
It is prohibited to register on behalf of someone else, and any user of this website who is found to be impersonating someone else will have their account disabled, and the issue reported to the individual being impersonated and/or the appropriate authorities.
A registered account is for the use of the registered individual only. Jobseekers may not share their account with other individuals for any purpose, and may not distribute or release any information, data, or material to third parties.
Employers may only share the account within the organization for the purpose of recruiting within their respective organization solely.
All jobseekers who register for this website must be legally able to work in British Columbia at the time of registration. You are required to use your real first and last name, or the name which you use on a daily purpose for business purposes.
Employers: By posting a job on this website, you understand that we are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any outcome which occurs from using this website in any form. While the purpose of this website and our services is to connect with you jobseekers, we do not endorse any jobseekers and it is the responsibility of the employer to provide background, employment and credential checks on candidates if the employer wishes to do so.
Any materials which are submitted to BCHiring.ca, including logos, titles, company information, job descriptions can be used in our communication materials. This includes, but is not limited to, including your logo on this website as an employer who has used our services. By using this website, you agree to these terms and fully understand them to no limitations.
Jobseekers: Usage of this website does not guarantee that you will gain employment or that you will be contacted by an employer. We cannot control how your application will be received employers.
Use of Content:
Any content which is posted on BCHiring.ca may be reproduced by us on third-party and partner websites for advertising purposes. This includes the company logo, job description and any other content provided by you.
By creating an account on this website, you understand that we may send communications about our services and job postings via email. You also understand that you are not obligated to receive these emails, and if you do receive email communications, aside from those which are required for account administration (ie. password recovery, account administration, etc.) it is because you opted into receiving email communications at the time of registration, or in signing up for the mailing list. You may also occasionally receive emails for administrative purposes, such as resetting your password.
You will be given the option to opt-out of receiving email communications at any time through the email itself, with the exception of email communications necessary for account administration. You may also email us with opt-out requests at info@BCHiring.ca.
We are committed to abiding by anti-spam legislation, and we encourage feedback should you have any suggestions on how we may improve our communication practices.
You may terminate your account permanently at any time, at your discretion. We also reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block access to your account at any time should we determine that there may have been a violation of the Terms and Conditions set forth.
Permanent termination of an account will also result in the permanent deletion of any materials and/or content which were provided by you to us. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the loss of any content, and any outcomes from such loss. To request a termination of your account, please email us info@BCHiring.ca.
While we pride ourselves on the quality and reliability of our services, we do not guarantee that your usage of this website will be error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted. From time to time, we will perform scheduled maintenance on this website and our servers, and during this time you may not have access to the website.
Any content or materials which you download from either the website or through email communications from us, or which originate from communication between jobseeker or employer, is done at your own risk. However, we do make an effort to ensure that the risk is minimized.
By using this website, and agreeing to its terms and conditions, you agree that BCHiring.ca, TalentRefine Solutions Inc., its management, agents, affiliates, partners and employees cannot and will not be held liable for any loss, claim, liability or demand, including fees of attorneys and/or legal representation, made by any third-party, user and/or member of this website due to (i) user content submitted, posted, transmitted, or made accessible on this website, or any website owned and operated by TalentRefine Solutions Inc., (ii) your usage of this website, (iii) any affiliations to the service which you may have, (iv) your breach of the Terms and Conditions herein agreed upon, and (v) your infringement of any rights of another, including but not limited breaches of intellectual property rights, and breaches of copyright.

We reserve the right to assign the rights under the Service Agreement, and to delegate its duties upon merger, acquisition or sale any part or all of the assets owned by us.
All official notices, and notices of importance, from you to us must be sent to info@BCHiring.ca. Any notices sent to any other electronic or physical address will not be considered official nor important, and cannot be used as material within matters of law.
