JOB SUMMARY
As a member of the Burnaby Home Service Team, the incumbent is responsible for directing and processing all BC Home Service orders, both residential and commercial. They must be able to maintain and keep up to date on all current and new product offerings and be able to manage customer complaints through to resolution. The successful candidate will act as Company ambassador, displaying competence, courtesy and professionalism.

JOB DUTIES

  • Proactively promote increased sales via all customer contact.
  • Ensure all data entry is completed at the end of the day.
  • Key orders from commercial customers.
  • Accurately forward residential customers orders and delivery changes to HSO’s.
  • Update HSO Standing Load Orders as needed.
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately in the scheduled timeframe.
  • Handle new customer starts and process changes and cancellations.
  • Maintain knowledge of current product offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned within the Home Service/Distribution/Warehouse area

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Data entry skills and typing ability.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
  • Able to work flexible work week.
  • Proficiency in current position.
